I can relate ...........I am staying at the same weight but exercising every day and havent lost anything in 2 weeks so it gives me hope that eventually I will start to drop the weight.................Keep going
I changed the type of exercise I was doing and kicked it up from 25-30 minutes to 45-75 minutes. That and I started feeling totally full all the time. I find it very hard to eat all the cals I am suppossed to have during the day. Infact the other day I ate all day long and was way way under my cals and then exercised away everything I had ate that day.0 -
3 More pounds Gone That is 11 total now Yay! Oh we so need a happy dance smiley on here !0
