Hello,
I have been instructed by my eye doctor to take 4-6 capsules of Fish Oil (2 g) 2000 mg* daily (I have severe dry eye which required surgery) I have also started taking CLA two times with each meal. I also take 1-2 digestive enzyme tablets as i have some problems digesting protein and certain foods. I was instructed by my OB/GYN to take Magnesium and B6 for naseau with my pill. I was instructed by my General Practitioner to take an Iron supplement for anemia.
SOOOO-- here's what i take daily.
Breakfast- Liquid Iron in Orange Juice, 2 CLA, 2Fish Oil, 2 Enzymes
Lunch 2 CLA, 2Fish Oil, 2 Enzymes
Dinner 2 CLA, 2 Fish Oil, 2 Enzymes
Before Bed- My "pill".
Anyone know the best time to take Magnesium and B6 and My Iron without making one of them less effective? I believe the Magnesium and b6 counteract each other?
I'm not sure! I cant really call my doctor to ask right now so if anyone takes supplements and wants to give some advice on how they do it... Thanks!

If you can't call your Doctor and speak with them or a nurse in the office call your pharmacist.0
