Low fat/low cal dressing:
3 tbsp extra light mayo or low fat creme fraiche
2-3 tsp tomato ketchup
pinch of paprika/cayenne pepper
squeeze of lemon juice
Low carb:
3 tbsp full fat mayo
1 tsp tomato puree
pinch paprika/cayenne
squeeze of lemon juice0 -

This plus a dash of worshtshire (I know its spelled wrong) and some lemon.Catsup (or ketchup) mixed with horseradish. Good and hot!
For more flavor boil the prawns in 1/2 water and 1/2 white wine. Add garlic and some old bay as well. Trust me, its amazing!0 -

Fat free sour cream 2 tbs
Fat free mayo 1tbs
Ketchup 1tbs
Chopped pickle .5 tbs
Chopped Shalot .5 tbs
Squeeze of lemon

For the Marie Rose prawn cocktail sauce you just need to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to either of the two recipes above. I use one very similar to the top one but not with Creme Fraiche (hard to find in the US unfortunately)0
