    I might add that she posted not too long ago saying that she couldn't lose weight. Pictures tell 1000 words!! Congrats. It goes to show that even though the scale might not be moving super quickly downward, you can still achieve awesome results!! You are an inspiration :)!!! keep up the great work!!

    Thanks ! I think my smile is bigger because I feel smaller, healthier and stronger !!
