INSANITY!!

Hey guys,
I'm thinking of buying Insanity, but I want to make sure it's a good investment. I like going to the gym and have had decent results, but I think I'm ready for something a little more intense. I'm 5'6 and currently at 153lbs and would really like to lose the last 13lbs and tone up. Has anybody had success? Pros and cons? Any before and after pics would be great!! Thanks!!

I don't know how much you'll tone with Insanity- it's mainly cardio. You will likely lose weight, but I found that I lost muscle without the weight element in there for 2 months.0

Maybe I'll keep my gym membership and try to keep up my free weight routine there. Thanks!!0
