Blueberry pancake (with whey protein) Recipe

I've been working on a pancake recipe using whey protein and I've FINALLY managed to, I think, perfect it. Well, I'm sure it could still get better but they're good now so I thought I'd share.

30g porridge oats
20g wholemeal flour (will try 10g too, see if that's still enough but does need at least some)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (30g for me)
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
splash of water
handful of blueberries (I used 40g)

Put it all in a bowl, mix together and then fry using fry light. Makes two large fluffy pancakes.

Calories: 361
Carbs: 39g (6g fiber)
Fat: 4g
Protein: 40g

That's using Ironscience Whey Protein Concentrate 80%, you'll have to adjust the nutritional info according to your protein powder obviously.
