Trying to shake it...

Trying to shake some personal stuff off, and be a proud, confident woman...but, man! Sometimes things eat away at me, and today I'm in a mix of emtions??!? Old me would run to the fridge/pantry. New me?!?! hmmmmm.......Maybe I just need to RUN! :-)

    I totally understand. I had a rough couple of weeks (emotionally) and gained :sad: This is a new week and I am getting a treadmill for those moments. Usually if I can do something good for myself it will override the bad things I want to do. I totally understand the problems with convincing yourself that you are strong enough. But that said..... YOU are worth it! Be confident! Be strong! You got this and anything else life throws at you. :flowerforyou:

    Learning to let things roll off of my shoulders feels just as tough as figuring out this eating stuff! :-)
