    Happened to me earlier today: That moment when you do a workout instead of giving into a food craving. Maybe just to spite the craving ;)

    that moment you go to the gym, weigh yourself, and instead of giving into the frustration of gaining a couple pounds, you fuel your workout with it (and consequently leave the gym, after weighing yourself, 3 lbs lighter)

  • You get up early to do the Treadclimber for 30 minutes BEFORE you go to the gym/personal trainer!!

    The lat-pull down machine was broken...so...I found out that I could do pull-ups and chin-ups.

    Just happened today...someone walks up the stairs while you are walking down instead of waiting at the bottom until you "clear the way"

    and... those pants you were so proud to fit into in December can now be removed without unzipping

    LOL :laugh: I remember that horrible climb to my 4th floor Spanish class in college. I had to stop at each floor to catch my breath! I bet I could do it now like a champ!

    When you're doing something physical (not at the gym) and all of the sudden you feel that muscle kick in. It's especially great when it's your abs!
