Ive gained 50lbs from this pregnancy already...Im due May 28th.
I was told i have to lose weight...
My doctor told me anything was safe for me since I used to work out constantly before i knew i was pregnant, doing everything u could possibly think of (except weight lifting).
So, what would be the safest way to lose weight?

Walk a TON. If an errand is within reasonable walking distance of your house or work, walk instead of driving. Try to fit in some longer walks, too--like 5-7 miles on the weekend. I gave up running early in pregnancy but walked EVERYWHERE and ended up gaining 25 pounds each time.
As a bonus, I think all that walking helped me have an easier labor.
Good luck and congratulations!0 -
I don't think you should try and drop weight while pregnant, but trying to limit more weight gain and being more active would be benefical in many ways. I agree with rebecca - walking is a great workout while pregnant. Also, if you have a gym membership the sitting bikes would work as well.0
