    I'm in! Need the motivation to get moving!


    Week # 1 -- Feb 27th -- Goal 250 minutes:

    Mon: 45 brisk walking
    Tue: 45 brisk walking
    Wed:
    Thur:
    Fri: 45 walking
    Sat: 60 brisk walking
    Sun: 90 walking

    Mon: 61 minutes (jogging 20 mins, cycling 20 mins, arc trainer 20 mins)
    Tue: 0 minutes
    Wed: 46 minutes (jogging 16 mins, arc training 30 mins)
    Thur: 75 minutes (kickboxing 45 mins, c25k 30 mins)
    Fri: 65 (treadmill - various)
    Sat: 45 minutes (30 C25k, 15 arc trainer)
    Sun: 60 minutes (zumba)

    Total / min left: 381 / 250 (over by 131 minutes)

    Tue: 45 (treadmill, intervals)
    Wed: 60 (yoga)
    Thur: 50 (treadmill, intervals) 50 jumping jacks ;-)
    Fri: 40 (step aerobics)
    Sat: 50 (20 min kettle bell, 30 walk the dog)
    Sun: 45 (30 min treadmill, 15 min jumping rope)

    Total / min left: 350/50 over goal!

    Mon: 90 minutes total (50 min Aquafit, 30 min weight training, 10 min cardio - elliptical and rowing)
    Tue: 60 minutes of run/walk intervals
    Wed: 92 minutes total (60 min Aquafit, 30 min weight training, 12 min. cardio - elliptical, rowing , stationary bicycle)
    Thur: Rest day active work
    Fri: 60 minutes (35 run, 25 walk)
    Sat: 60 minute walk
    Sun: 60 minute walk

    Total / min left: 422 / 0 (over by 122 minutes)

    Week # 1 -- Feb 27th -- Goal 360 minutes:

    Mon: 35 mins elliptical, 15 mins strength training, 20 mins swim
    Tue: 35 mins elliptical, 30 mins strength training
    Wed: 45 mins elliptical, 15 mins strength training, 20 min swim
    Thur: 60 min personal training session mainly on TRK (the thing with all the straps that uses your own body weight)
    Fri: Too knackered from Thurs lol. Managed 20 mins swinging Poi, not sure if this counts as exercise?
    Sat: Entire day drumming (no idea of cals burned but it's very energetic!)
    Sun: 15 mins elliptical, 20 mins strength training, 30 mins swim

    I also spend a lot of time walking/ lifting/ carrying things around the yard/ field looking after my horse day to day

    Total / min left: 340 / 0

    That's 340 mins not counting drumming and Poi, or 660 counting :D

    I'm going to up my minutes a bit this month. Still limited to walking for the next 2 weeks. I don't mind walking outside, but I really do not like mall walking (also adds another hour for driving back and forth) Right now, the weather here is so changeable and I can't count on being able to get out.

    Goal- 350

    Mon- run/walk- 60min
    Tues- mall walking- 45min
    wed- none today- way too much on my plate!
    thurs- run/walk- 60 minutes
    fri- walking- 90 minutes
    sat- stationary bike-(level 3, 16-20 mph) 60 minutes Wind warnings outside today and I could not deal with mall walking again today!
    sun- 30 minutes stationary bike

    Total--340 better go do a few more minutes!

    I am upping my goal to 530 minutes this week since I achieved this amount last week. I am looking forward to passing this goal.

    3/2 -- 60 mins - stationary bike sub-total 213mins Yeah I hit my goal! WOW

    3/4 -- 44mins

    Total for the week 257 mins. I will have to set my goal for next week even higher. And add a 3 pound loss this last week...
