What are your thoughts on Cod Liver Oil vs. Fish Oil? Is one supplement better than the other?

I started using cod liver oil a month ago after researching what was better online. I have noticed a HUGE difference already. My skin has never been bad, but now it is glowing and so clear! I chose cod liver oil over fish oil not just for this benefit, but the fact that it contains vitamin D.

Oh i use afermented cod liver oil and butter oil combo which is good for bones and teeth remineralisation. Also mose people in the world are lacking in vitamin D (unless you live in a tropical place).

I did notice results within 2 weeks.

From what I understand, krill oil is highest in Omega 3s and also is loaded with the stuff that gives salmon it's red color, astaxanthin or something like that. The krill oil is red in color, and it is supposedly lower in the heavy metals found in cheaper fish oil supplements.

Cod liver oil is high in vitamin A, vitamin D, and omega 3 efas. Blue ice fermented cod liver oil is the brand I use.
