making a change

So I'm going to try this, hopefully I can keep track of it. I really need to start working on portion control, and staying away from sugars ( being diabetic ) , alcohol and drinking more water. Wish me luck :flowerforyou:

    :smile: I started in February.....I have found this site brilliant to keep you on track[ been trying to lose weight for years!1] and think I might actually do it this time....so get stuck in and do n't worry if you go over one day just keep going!!!!!!!
