To exercise? I am doing 25 minutes on a stationary bike everyday and I usually do it 2 hours after breakfast which is one hour before lunch.
*I just joined, I am new so sorry if I sound a little noobish :)

In my opinion it doesn't matter what time of day you exercise or eat for that matter. Getting your daily burn in is what counts!

Whenever you have time imo. I have exersized over the years at different times of the day and have lost weight doing so. In my personal experimentation, I found no real difference as to when I worked out.

you workout when it works for you! All that matters is that you get it done!
I have to split mine up 30 min. bright and early before everyone gets up and 1 hour in the late afternoon before the kiddos get home from school....sometimes I have to squeeze it in after dinner once the munchkins are off to bed! Besides, sometimes it is good for your body to switch things up!

I'm with everyone else: whenever you want. I stay at home with our three kids, two of which are homeschooled. I fit my elliptical time in whenever I can. It may be 10 minutes or I might get a good 30-45 done. All that matters to me is that I get it done before bed.

The best time to exercise is.... the time that works for you!
The most important thing is to find an exercise that you enjoy and a schedule you can stick with.
    Good luck!

I think the jury is in on this one, and the verdict is: Any time you work out, it's the right time.

Also remember it's equally important to get rest so your body can recover from your workout.
