To exercise? I am doing 25 minutes on a stationary bike everyday and I usually do it 2 hours after breakfast which is one hour before lunch.

In my opinion it doesn't matter what time of day you exercise or eat for that matter. Getting your daily burn in is what counts!0

Whenever you have time imo. I have exersized over the years at different times of the day and have lost weight doing so. In my personal experimentation, I found no real difference as to when I worked out.0

you workout when it works for you! All that matters is that you get it done!
I have to split mine up 30 min. bright and early before everyone gets up and 1 hour in the late afternoon before the kiddos get home from school....sometimes I have to squeeze it in after dinner once the munchkins are off to bed! Besides, sometimes it is good for your body to switch things up!0 -
I'm with everyone else: whenever you want. I stay at home with our three kids, two of which are homeschooled. I fit my elliptical time in whenever I can. It may be 10 minutes or I might get a good 30-45 done. All that matters to me is that I get it done before bed.0

The best time to exercise is.... the time that works for you!
The most important thing is to find an exercise that you enjoy and a schedule you can stick with.
Good luck!0 -
I think the jury is in on this one, and the verdict is: Any time you work out, it's the right time.
Also remember it's equally important to get rest so your body can recover from your workout.0 -
Alright, I'll just stick with what I do then. Thanks for all your replies!
