Red Velvet Cake Pops for Hubby's Birthday

No Cake Pop was injured by me in the process..

Everything went perfectly until the icing. The icing is where it got ugly.

    next time you can try dipping them in almond bark to get a smoother coating - bet they are still tasty though!

    The fun part is that the icing is mixed in with them to shape them. I had fun making them though!

    I've heard of them before but i have no idea how they are made... i think this is an American thing :)

    I would love to make these for my birthday next month :)

    That's what I do, then I cover them with red sprinkles so I know what kind they are. BTW, lemon cake with cream cheese frosting is the best kind of cake pop ever.
