A week long no exercise and healthy eating!

How do you guys start everything again after your vacation? To start all at once seems too overwhelming!

I just bite the bullet. No doubt you will experience a little hunger pangs, but get right back on that saddle. I think a lot of people fail because they aren't so strict the second they get back...one week becomes two, two becomes a month...etc. You can't do too much damage in 1 week, but 1 month is a different story.

As soon as I get back from vacation, I hit the grocery store and restock the house with healthy foods. I'll usually wait a few days before I start working out again. This usually gives me enough time to think about my gluttony...which leads to panic...which then motivates me to workout.

Even on vacation I was careful not to go crazy and we ran two miles almost every morning. This is a new lifestyle not just a diet or something I want to do when it convenient. Don't get me wrong I had the drink of the day and dessert, but all in moderation.

Anywho, as others have said when I did get home it was right back to the normal routine, bringing my lunch to work, working out etc...

    YOU GOT THIS!!

Yeah, I definitely needed to read this. I just started my Spring Break about 4 days ago, and I've been unhealthily overeating for almost 4 days now. One week of that won't cause me to magically gain 5-10 lbs., right? haha...seriously worried, though.
