Oh my gosh, its been such a crazy 2 weeks. I haven't even stepped on a scale...No gym for me. Been worried about my mom...My husband said I should be more selfish with my time. Hoping for a little encouragement. I was under the calorie limit today, and I had a beer!!!! (it's been one of those days).
