Asalamau alaikum (peace and blessings be to you)

Welcome to myfitnesspal muslims! I thought I would start a group so that muslims can meet each other and support each other on our journey to weight loss, health and fitness.

Our body is a gift from Allah (God) and is only on loan to us so we are required to look after it!

Anybody is free to join in our discussion but please keep it nice! I will delete any posts that are offensive.

    how many pounds u looking to loose?

    i got 50ibs post pregnacy fat too looose my first baby Alhamdulillah if anyone has any advise to burn fat quicker around the middle would be nice lol

    Asalamau alaikum,
    The best way to burn fat around the middle is cardio!
    I would start walking and then start doing running and walking..
    The more cardio you do, the faster you will burn belly fat!
    Good luck! I am in the same situation. I have two children and
    I am ready for the belly fat to go bye-bye insha'Allah.

    JazackAllah for the advice ill will defo do it ,im doing alot walking with pushchair need to make time to go running :) inshAllah we can do it sister n be fit mums :)
