Hey everyone. I would love to know what all your goal weights are. If you have met them please tell me how. I would love pics to. I used to be in shape running 4-6 miles everyday. Then I got married and had 3 kids. Time for me now.

My current goal is to get under 200 then in increments of 20lbs until I get to 140.

    my goal weight is 154 pounds. I am currently 224 so a long way to go!

    After two children in two years (2009 and 2010) and a bad round of depo birth control shots I currently weight 218 with a goal of getting down to between 130-140. My magic number is 132lbs.
  • I'm 5'9 and my original goal weight was 155 which I reached over a year ago. I felt great. I am now aiming for 150! I spoke with a nutritionist who also said 150 would be a good goal as anything lower for my body type would be too low.

    the depo shot took me from 170 to 220 in a matter of months... hate that shot!

    I am 5' 9 1/2 I used to weigh 120 then after I got married I went to 170 I am now at 145, I lost 20 pounds over a year and was down to 150 and stop dieting and kept it there for the whole year, Now about 2 weeks ago I started again trying to get down to my goal weight of 135 It is way harder this time it seems I have gotten to this point where I just cant go no further?? Not giving up though, going to keep on pushing I am 40 years old now and think it is time before it is to late to get to my 135!!!

    No real goal weight anymore. Looking to get to 20% Body Fat. I weigh 151 now and am a size 6/4 jean at 5' 9". I think my BF% is 22.4% or maybe 23%. In my profile pic that is one month difference from lifting heavy one pound lighter 2 inches off my waist.

    I'm 5'9" and at my highest weight I was 196. I now weigh 187.8 and my goal weight is 160. I'll see how I feel when I get there.

    I am 5' 9" on Met and currently have a goal weight of 160.

    Started at 210 in January and currently 178.

    I joined the YMCA in January and started attending this bootcamp class that I love. Really has helped keep up my fitness motivation.

    technically im 5'-8.5"......my weight is mostly in my hips, thighs and rear. i started at 170lbs my body fat is 32.2% and I want to get down to around 145lbs. I'll have to see how i look and feel once i get close bc as i recall ( i was 145 in college - looooong time ago) anything lower than 145 and i look gaunt and sickly.

    Im 5'8.5" and I am about 170 lbs currently. My plan is to get to about 145 and see how I feel. My lowest weight was about 120 when I was around 16. I'd like to wear a size five again, I'm currently wearing an 11/12.

    I'm 5' 9 1/2", and my goal is somewhere in the 150-154 range. With my large frame size and build, I don't think going much lower than that would be particularly healthy for me.

    Ok, so I'm only 5'8.5", but I hope you won't mind me posting in the 5'9" message. :-) I'm currently 195 with a first goal of 170. Looking forward to getting there, but hoping to set a new goal of 160 at that point. I like the idea of setting realistic goals, and then re-evaluating the goal once you hit it.

    Currently 185 and I am not going to go past 160lbs. I was 147 when I graduated and I was sickly looking, don't want to look too thin!

    I'm 5'9" and currently weigh 156... my goal weight is between 145-150 which will put me at about 20% body fat which is what i'm focusing on. Good luck with your goals :flowerforyou: and remember that every woman's body is different! So go with what feels right for YOU!
