    Just following MFP set for 2lbs a week and walking on the treadmill.

    I just wanted to add for the people asking... i tend to run low carb although i don't do it on purpose. I just would rather eat 3 cups of veggies than 1/2 cup of pasta. I don't pay any attention to the ratio at this point. I'll look at fixing it if i hit a plateau or as i get closer to my goal.
