Ooh tough one as I try to vary my diet quite a bit.
Food: I'll say frozen vegetables because they allow me to eat a healthier version of whatever is cooked for dinner (half a plate of veggies, half of something else) and I don't have to fuss over preparing them.
Exercise: Running. I see the biggest difference in my health when I'm running. I snowboard too, which burns more calories as I do it all day, but that inspires me to have a beer, not be healthy.0 -
