Quick question about the Jump start/ First week

Is the jump start the same as week 1, or is it in addition to? I'm getting my set this weekend, but I am too impatient to wait it out and see for myself then.

    If you choose to do the jumpstart, it replaces week 1. Welcome to the BR club =)
