Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics if you like.

    I'm in!!! I missed yesterday's challenge...didn't see it until this morning, but will probably incorporate the pushups today as well!!!

    Can I ask the stupidest question? What the difference between a sit up and a crunch...I thought they were the same!

    I'm no expert, but when you do a crunch your back doen't completely leave the floor...you just "curl" up. With a sit up, your back comes completely off the floor...

    Done!!!

    My Sets:
    Crunches: 80, 30 bicycles, 60 bicycles, 30 bicycles

    Sit-ups: 25 and 25!

    Doing those sit-ups at the ends was a BEAST!!! And as I finished my last one I yelled "*kitten* Sit-Ups" LOL!!! Had my husband rolling!!!!

    Situps hurt my tailbone so I did 300 crunches. 50 regular, 50 right & 50 left obliques, 50 reverse, 50 crossover and 50 half curls.

    I want to play! Didn't see this yesterday (I work the night shift) Not about to get on the floor in the hospital, but as soon as I get home, I'm on it! Fun!
