I bounce between 192 and 194 and workout 4 - 5 times a week. I can't swing it either I guess its one of those trial and error things lol0

Stick to what you were doing. Don't change up your eating. It will break on its own. Your body just needs to rest and get used to the new weight first. I just broke through on a 7 week plateau. It sucked so bad but stayed on track and now have dropped 3lbs in a week.
A few sites that helped me--

You might want to add some resistance training if you don't do that.
Don't get discouraged. Plateaus are natural and for many inevitable. They will go just as random as they came.0 -
I hit that plateau! I'm at 168, and yet again at another plateau. LAME. I joined My Fitness Pall during my last plateau.
Last time my plateau broke, I had gotten really fed-up and measured EVERY thing I ate (I sometimes don't measure and just eyeball. Calories sneak in there so i had to readjust. I think I need to do that again).
I also DOUBLED my exercise for about two weeks, and the plateau finally broke. I tried different things, too. Instead of the elliptical for 45 mins i took a Spin class and then added some free weights after class, etc.
I hope this helps! :happy:0 -
i was stuck for 4 weeks..... so I increased my running just a bit longer, but running for 45 seconds and walking 15 for the first 20 mins (helped speed up my metabolism) total run 60 mins.... finally broke through with a 5 lbs loss that week.
I also increased my calories for 2 weeks and then dropped 10 percent after....it helped break thru!0
