A lady I used to work with would eat them as a snack as they are. I've eaten them like that and they're nice and creamy but I get bored with them so don't eat them like that anymore0

I love them (LOVE them) in oatmeal. You can also just snack on them0

I buy them at my local health food store raw and unsalted. Bring them home and per pound I use 1 teaspoon coconut oil and whatever seasoning I want, mix it up and stick in a 250 oven for about 90 mins. Very yummy. This way you can change the flavor to whatever you like. This week mine is garlic and a habanero infused sea salt. I have used cajun seasonng, curry, wasabi, mesquite etc. Use your imagination. I eat them raw this way, or use them in chicken salad and as a topping on a green salad instead of croutons.0
