Hi All,
Just introducing myself! I am a SAHM of 2 girls, a pastors wife, and a logo/blog/etsy designer (onceuponablog.org). Started working out 3 weeks ago, and am sad that the scale is being stagnant. Doing the 30 Day Shred, and am on day 12 of that.

You may not lose alot of weight on 30 day shred but you will lose inches. Keep doing it and do some walking or running after the 30 days. Mix in some weight training if you can. My weight recently stayed the same for 3 weeks and finally it let go and I lost 4 lbs.0

Hiya! Well done on doing the 30 day shred. I've bought it, but so far it's just been sat in my DVD collection waiting for me to try it out.
