Hey there, Im at day 67 I think, and Iam down 15lbs. Im under my calorie goal everyday, and just doesnt seem like it falling off all that quick compared to other people. Still working out 2-3 times a week for an hour, so I just didnt know if there is some better things to eat during the day to move the fat. LOL Normally, I'll have oatmeal, or a serving of cereal in the morning, a lean cuisine or sandwich at lunch, apple for snack, and then just a low portion dinner. Any Ideas? Maybe change up my breakfast? Only challenge is that I work full time with a 2 hour commute round trip, :drinker: so quick breakfasts that I can take w me are perfect.... Hmmmmmm....:glasses:

You're down roughly 1 and 2/3 lbs a week and that's not fast enough?0

^^^^^ This.
You want a maximum of a 1,000 calorie a day deficit for healthy sustainable weight loss so you can develop a healthy sustainable maintenance diet afterward. This is a 2-pound-a-week weight loss. Dropping it too much further will cause you to lose weight more quickly now, then get all worried when you plateau because your metabolism got all whacky because you weren't feeding yourself properly.
Over a pound and a half a week is an admirable and sustainable pace. Nice work! Keep it up!0 -
You're losing an acceptable amount of weight. 1.5lbs a week is a LOT.
But if you're having a Lean Cuisine for a lot of lunches, that's a lot of processed foods and potentially a lot of sodium. Your breakfasts sounds fine (assuming you're not eating a sugar-loaded cereal, lol!) so if you’re looking on areas to improve I'd focus on the lunches.0 -
You didn't gain weight in a quick, so you can't expect it to come off quick. BTW, just wait until you get closer to your goal and you will need to minimize your deficit and it will really come off slow. For example, the last 10 lbs, on average takes 6 months to get past it.
Best thing to do is eat whole foods that aren't in a package or bag. Fresh veggies, whole meats, and stay away from white carbs.
ps- foods don't burn fat, weight lifting does. So if you want to cut fat faster (losing inches) then start heavy weight lifting so you fail at 8-12 reps.0 -

I'll be blunt and to the point:
STOP OVER THINKING. REREAD JUST THIS PORTION.
Not sure what you mean by under your calorie goals....hopefully within 95% of your TDEE0
