I have finally hit the 60lb mark. Actually been at a pleateau the last couple of weeks at weigh ins hovering ...
I wanted to post these for 2 reasons:
1. Everybody keeps telling me how different I look, but I still don't see it unless I see pictures (not sure why that is)
2. I need some motivation

Before 310..ish
This may have been my heaviest. This pic was taken at a concert last summer. I had torn my Achilles tendon on mother's day weekend and hadn't adjusted my eating, but my mobility was definitely adjusted.

    I need to say that your mirrors are bad, stick with the photos
    you look great such a difference, and like me you probably feel like you are floating

    I have almost lost the weight of my three year old, whenever I pick her up I am reminded that I was carrying this every step in the day

    You must have made good changes
    Keep it up, what you are doing is working

    You are an absolutely gorgeous man in both pictures and I see such a difference! You should be so proud of your self! I totally understand how you feel bc when I look at myself I feel the same way. I know I have lost 35 lbs and I know there is a big difference but unless I look at pics I can not see it! It is really hard to see past the "overweight us " but we will, one day!
