    from what I am reading about them around the web, they sound a bit "undesirable" to eat. "Broom for the Stomach" they call them in Japan. might work I suppose. I am up for anything. they seem to be made from Yams "made edible". meh....

    I thought I could stomach these but I was terribly wrong. This was the most foul thing I have ever put in my mouth.

    I eat them sometimes. They serve their purpose (almost no calories, and pure fiber).
