    Thanks for sharing! My wife made spaghetti squash at one point. She liked it, I thought it was alright. She was dieting, I wasn't at the time. Now that I am, I think it's time to revisit it, and this recipe sounds great!

    I made this without the butter and used 1/2 plain greek yogurt, 1/2 sour cream. It was delicious! Thinking of making it next time like a casserole with some chicken in it. Thanks for sharing OP.
