Go to your check in page. You can get to it through your home page.
  • click weigh in on the side of your main page, enter your weight and it should update it for you

I have a ticker question. How do I add a ticker for tracking my walking? I have seen some on here and was wondering if you have to have the Fitbit or if they can be done like the weightloss ones?

This may sound silly, but did you enter a starting weight when you first set up your account? Just troubleshooting over here...

If you mean you want it to show you've lost 51 lbs, you would have to update your starting weight. For example, if you weighed 200, but lost 51 before you joined the sight, you would change your starting weight to 200 and then weigh in to show the loss.

Hopefully the person I know who's super smart with all this stuff clarifies - he can explain it way better than me. :)

Tools > Tickers > update weight data (3 fields... start...current... goal)

    see also

my home > check in > edit previous entries

you can enter new weigh ins prior to joining MFP there.

The ticker and badge are "dumb tools" they only use your starting weight (first weight recorded by calendar date) from your history and your current weight to display loss

So if you start at 150 gain to 160 and lose to 151... you're 1 lb heavier than your start so there is no loss to show, despite losing 9 lbs from your "new high" of 160.
