does anyone know any good gyms , mainly for weights

most of the ones i have been to are a part of rec centers so there not that great

    You looked at the Any time gyms, 24 hour access. I go to one here in South Aust. Not to shabby. Cheers

    there are quite a few Jetts gyms which i think are 24 hour - depends if there's one near you.
    I go to Fitness First and there's a good selection of weights (machines and free weights).

    Snap Fitness has a great array of weight equipment. They have a few around Perth. check them out. the best part i like is, if your a member of one, you have access to all of them in the country. they are also 24 hour.

    yer, ones of my mates goes to jetts, but he lives like far east so its pretty far...i think there is one near ikea though ill check it out
