If you input your amounts of the ingredients in the recipe section as a new recipe it will combine everything you have in it and you can get the calorie amount

    I'd say 450-600.

We're not psychic. Estimate the amounts of each ingredient and input it into your diary. It won't be 100% accurate but it'll be better than any random prediction I could give you.

Wow, that's nearly half a litre of smoothie - its going to have a fair few cals.

Have a look in the database for "smoothie banana blueberry" and you are bound to find a few, that will give you an estimate.
Or if you know exactly what the ingredients are you can put it into the recipe section.

Go to the website of the place you bought it and see if they have nutritional info on there.

I've gotten something similar at Planet Smoothie and it was approx 350-400 cals. There should be something similar in the database.

The reason to estimate high is that if it's not homemade there's a reasonable chance they've put sugar or syrup or concentrate of some kind in it.

OP it is crucial you weigh everything on scales and liquid you measure in a jug. If you do not do this you could severely underestimate the calories and so be way over your daily allowance, then you will wonder why no weightloss occurs.

Asking people to take a guess is not accurate.
