Have just got myself a kettlebell (7.5 KG) and am looking for some tips/ideas for exercises that I can incorporate it into.
Looking for something that's going to work my whole body.
Any suggestions?

Right on. I got the adjustable one from Jillian Michaels. If you go to JillianMichaels.com/powerbell she has a ton of exercises. I love the kettlebell stuff. Great stress relief.

To get started with the 2 handed swing, which is really the foundation for all kettlebell stuff, Tracey Refkind would be a good person to google for information. SHE knows her stuff. If you want to go beyond 2 handed swings, try googling Pavel.0
