Hi all

Need some help, weighed myself lastnight and appeared to be back to my original weight! They are cheep scales could they be wrong or maybe i could be holding water? i have been under my calories for the last 2 weeks and also taking adios pills and exercising. on paper it seems like i am doing everything right? I am confused. Should I be following a diet? i have just been counting the calories

Thanks

Adios won't give you anything but the squits.. lol!

    Have you increased your workout?

Dropping wheat worked for me and dropped all white carbs (grains - oats, rice, wheat etc) at first for a few week and dropped 7lb of water in the first week!

Then I slowly re-introduced them to work out which ones were resulting in the most water gain and it was wheat for me, so switched to gluten free bread and wheat free breakfast cereal, re-introduced potatoes and rice with meals and still continued to lose steadily.

I've stalled at minute but I'm at my original weight that I was throughout most of teens and twenties (9st 7). I'd like to get to 9st 3 (129lbs) but not sure if my bodies reached its set point and doesn't want to lose anymore as I've been this weight most of my adult life.

Sarah I added sodium to my chart as I wanted to make sure I was not eating to much salt.
As I had noticed if I had eaten alot of food containing salt then got weighed the next day I would always put weight on.

If you are PMSing or it's that time of the month you could definitely be retaining water and the scale would show a gain in that case!
