Ok Girls here we go again. This challenge is going until New Years. Everybody set their goals and let me know if you want to try to do weekly challenges again.

Congrats Sara on the loss!! :flowerforyou:

JM - I figured you wanted to record the gain so I did, I did not for anyone else but let me know if you want me to edit week one to record any gains.

This week I am personally going to get back on track with exercise. My goal is to work out a minimum of 3 days this week with both cardio and strength.

Here we go!

I personally like weekly challenges. The dailies I never/rarely did. One day I can eat artificial sugar the next I can't. It got annoying on a personal level. I just wanted to work on getting my cals down. But, if I don't eat artifical sugar for a week, that feels easier and more substantial to me. I am also really excited about weekly exercise challenges. That is my vote.

I got really busy with my studies and with my research the last little while. But I am going to commit to coming on here every day if not at least every other day to report in. Weekly weigh in is Friday?

    Good luck ladies!!!!

  • Hi Ladies,

    cw: 165lbs
    gw: 150lbs

My personal challenge will be to stick to atleast 3-4 60 minute workouts a week with a focus on toning, while increasing the amount of cals I eat per day. I need to teach my body to stay out of starvation mode. I WILL win this battle.

Good luck to all of us!!!!:flowerforyou:
  • now that's a goal! I can't wear boots. Can't find any that will go over my calves and still fit at the top. :explode:

Congrats, CZ! You must be exstatic.

Sara- You'll definately be able to wear boots soon. I used to have the same problem with my calves. Now, my calves are ripped and I still have no problem finding boots.:flowerforyou:

You all know I have been stressing about my eating and about gaining a couple of pounds. This morning I finally remembered to taking my measurements before I drank anything this morning. Guess what? I have lost around my waist and bra strap. It's so weird... but good.

    How was everybody's weekends?

Brand new week... here I go!!

Here's my confession: my ticker has been lying far too long! The pounds that I had lost, well I found them
Soooo...... I'm starting fresh, and like I said last week, I am accountable for everything I do and EAT!! lol

I went to the gym this morning and did 45 minutes of intense cardio. Burned 453 calories (not 100% sure but I think that's good... )
  • Happy Monday ladies. I had a super weekend and I dont think I ate anything to bad for me.........wait I did have some sugar free pudding and 2 squares of Garadelli with Almonda. I love that chocolate!!!!

The highlight of my weekend I went on a field trip with my eldest to the zoo!!! I love the zoo!

    CW 200
    GW 180

I want to put it out in the universe (not just in my head) by next June (my year anniversary) I want to be a size 8 or 9 and I want to be able to wear a bikini, something I havent done since 5th grade.

And a little off topic, I havent have good spelling days or grammitical days in freaking weeks. Every time I have spelt something, I usually have 2 or 3 spelling mistakes and it is really really bugging me. Thank you for listening.

I'm gonna put that out there too...i hope to be able to squeeze into a size 5!

if you want help with your spelling, i recommend you get mozilla firefox for your internet browser, it has the option to spell check, which just underlines all words red like a word doc.

i have...3 in this. see if you can find them if you get bored lol

congrats, that is so great!!!!!! i'm excited about the born at home part. i know that people can get pretty traditional and even not do it in the lying down position (i forget what this is called if anyone wants to help me out that would be great) because apparently squatting is more natural and easy and we only lay down for the benefit of the doctor or midwife!!

i'm so happy for you, your family, and the beginings for your grandson!

    congrats!:flowerforyou:

ladies, i already bought boots (i am breaking the rules already!), but i was thinking if i lost these ten lbs, which i will, i will get a tattoo

some of you know i have been getting really into feminist issues. and i have also been really immersed in research effects of pornography on individuals, couples, society, etc.

so, i wanted to get the transgender symbol. i am just not sure where i should get it. it is unfortunately stigmatized so i want to be able to conceal it if i felt i needed to. any suggestions?

Hi ladies! Really busy this weekend, didn't have much time to post but I did keep up with logging  Congrats on the new addition Cz!! :drinker:

Kity, if you don't mind changing it when you get a chance, my start weight is 125.6 :blushing:  I don't think it got recorded last time :ohwell:

You girls are all so motivated!! I'm very proud of all of you!!! We can do this!!!!

Loathesome, most of my tattoos are where I can cover them up if I don't want them seen, so it just depends what kind of clothes you normally wear. I've got 'em on my wrists, back, and leg, and all are easy to cover up. Wrists are nice because they're not quite as noticeable as you'd think, most people don't ever notice mine. I'd say your back, maybe shoulder? It's usually covered up unless you wear a tank top that show. My newest addition is on my back just below my neck, which is cool because if I don't want it to show I wear my hair down (if my shirt doesn't cover it up anyway). Hope those ideas help! How is your research going, anyway? I'm eager to hear more about it!
