Hello to all! I joined MFP a few months ago, then completely fell off the wagon... Have been back on track for a week now- although food choices have not been perfect- and feel so much better. Even though I have a lot to lose (70+ lbs), I find my energy level is way up Is that possible after only one week, or am I dreaming?
Am planning to weigh at the end of next week

Of course! If you go from a sedentary lifestyle to being active you'll notice you get a better night's sleep which in turn leads to higher levels of energy :)
I wish you luck and much success on your journey!

Why do you sound so shocked? Regardless if it is a physical or mental reason that you are feeling good, just go with it! It's likely to snowball if you keep it up!

It is possible. If your eating and exercising better than it will increase you mood. A better mood will make and help you feel more motivated.
    Hope this answer helped :)
