Infusions make exercise difficult

I have to do 2 infusions a week. I do them at home. 2 needles at each infusion. I have to place the needles anywhere I can pinch an inch of fat, which is my legs mostly.
I am sore and bruised for a few days after. I find it hard to exercise because of this. I need some ideas on what exercises I can do. Any advice is welcome.
Thank you!

Have you talked to your doctor about exercises you are allowed to do, and the length of time you should do them? I seem to recall hearing that people with CVID are supposed to do very limited exercises, no more than 1 to 10 minutes per day because the exercise weakens the already compromised immunity system and could be dangerous for your health, even though you are on the medication.

I would think that if you do your infusions in the legs, you might want to exercise your upper body and/or abdomen for the days when when your legs are sore, and then a few days after the infusion when the legs aren't sore you could do the leg exercises instead of the upper body, being mindful that you don't exhaust yourself.

Are you a member of any CVID discussion forums elsewhere online? You might find useful information there from others facing the same issues.

You might get some good input if you ask your question at this website:
