    Will be at work in about an hour or so. Normally the place shuts down for the week but there is a "skeleton" crew on duty and I got "volunteered" for this week. SIGH

    Definitely not, never been on MFP at work (okay ... once on my break on a weekend lol that's all!).
    My work is so crazy busy that I don't get a chance to think about anything other than work while I'm at work :p

    I'm "working" ...and also planning my workouts and food for next week.

    I'm torn should I increase my running days or stick to the workout classes for a couple more weeks? Both seem to burn the same amount of calories for me.
