I'd like to join!
I was at the amusement park on Wednesday, and got very overheated. Not a fun time. I suspect I was dehydrated, although I've believe I've been getting 8 cups of water daily.
I rarely drink anything except water. Our city water tastes funny, so I buy it in plastic bottles, 16.0 FL each. I'm counting each bottle as 2 cups.
Friday, I carefully counted my water consumption, and drove myself batty. Saturday I stared something new. Since then, each morning I've set aside 4 bottles and used a marker to number each one. That way I won't loose count! This morning I set aside 5 bottles! No one else is allowed to touch my labeled bottles!
7/13: 10 cups
7/14: 11 cups
7/15: 10 cups
Interesting. My weight had stalled for about 3 weeks. And on Saturday, it started to drop. And it's dropped each day since, for a total of one pound in the last 3 days! Wha-hoo!!!0 -

I sit possible to drink too much water? I was an avid diet soda drinker & about a month ago I cut down about 95% of what i was drinking. I am drinking between 6-10 glasses of water per day. I see sometimes when I weigh in if i had a lot of water that week my weight doesn't drop as much.0

I think there are a lot of factors. I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning before I've had any water. Maybe it also depends on if you've had a lot of salt intake.
Anyone else have any suggestions?0 -

I think you can take in too much fluid. For me yesterday was one of those days. 9 cups of water as well as juice coffee, tea and Baileys made for way too many trips to the bathroom!
Today I will drink much less of all of those other fluids!0
