In light of all the amazing success stories here eight pounds might not seem like much, but it's taken me forever and a day to get here (even though I still have quite a ways to go)!
I lose extreeemely slowly because despite being short and leading a typical sedentary, 9-5 lifestyle, I still like to eat like a normal-sized person  Sadly, my TDEE is somewhere between 1500-1800 and BMR around 1200-1400 (different sites give different estimates)... But I've made peace with being a slow lose-r, and am hoping to be at my goal weight by next May.
Starting weight: 134
Current weight: 126
Shorties and slow losers unite! We can do this! Haha

I'm hoping to get down to 115 and then reassess but tbh I haven't been under 120 since high school! It feels like a lofty goal for now, haha. What about you? (And thanks!)0 -
