    LOWER YOUR TARGET CALORIES

    Set your Lbs per week to 2lbs (bout a kg) that will give you the least calories you can eat as a target

    lbs is in Settings - Update fitness profile

    The Nitro Nutrition plan might be different depending on your weight its about 1400 calories but also has a certain protein requirement

    go - my home - check in, and down the bottom there is a edit previous entries - chuck you weight etc in their. can add other measurements in too

    As you log it in you can see reports on how well you are going

    CHANGING GOALS

    Goals is under the My Home tab - you can adjust your levels of your source of calories i.e. if you should have more protein because doing weights

    SHARING YOUR FOOD DIARY

    Go to settings and Diary settings and share with friend. Then you can compare diaries and get other ideas and if you have a smart phone you can copy meals from friends

    - Use the Quick tools to copy your our meals once you build up a few days
