LOWER YOUR TARGET CALORIES
Set your Lbs per week to 2lbs (bout a kg) that will give you the least calories you can eat as a target
lbs is in Settings - Update fitness profile
The Nitro Nutrition plan might be different depending on your weight its about 1400 calories but also has a certain protein requirement0 -
ENTERING AND TRACKING PROGRESS
go - my home - check in, and down the bottom there is a edit previous entries - chuck you weight etc in their. can add other measurements in too
As you log it in you can see reports on how well you are going0 -
CHANGING GOALS
Goals is under the My Home tab - you can adjust your levels of your source of calories i.e. if you should have more protein because doing weights0 -
SHARING YOUR FOOD DIARY
Go to settings and Diary settings and share with friend. Then you can compare diaries and get other ideas and if you have a smart phone you can copy meals from friends
- Use the Quick tools to copy your our meals once you build up a few days0
