21 Day Zumba Weightloss/Fitness Challenge

We’re calling out to Zumba® Instructors and students to join our 21-Day Challenge. Whether your goal is to lose weight or to shake off a bad habit, the 21-Day Challenge is a great way to help you get there. And why not do it together?

*Grab a partner...your in this together.
•Join the 21-Day Challenge Facebook group (will add you when you register for challenge)
*Use Fitness Pal or Fit Bit App to manage diet and exercise.
*You and your partner will weigh in on November 2nd 2016.
•From November 2-23rd 2016, shake it at a Zumba class 2 times a week and exercise at least 21 minutes a day.
*Weigh ins will be Nov 2nd (first day), Monday Nov 7th, Monday Nov 14th and the final day Weds Nov 23rd.
* 21 Day Challenge No Chips, No Sodas, No Diet Sodas, No Chocolate, No Candy, No White Breads, No Cookies or Biscuits, No Cakes, Pastries, Muffins or Donuts, No Fast Food.
*Drink plenty of water.
•Don’t forget to take plenty of before and after photos. You can also share your testimonial here.
