I worked out for 60 minutes today. I hope you are getting yours in. My husband has joined us as the exercise agent. He is tough but fair. Get moving Ladies. His first instruction is to remember that sitting down is the new smoking. So get exercising.

Needing to keep fat in check...
OK. So I lost 4 lbs since starting back to loosing weight. I want to keep my fat intake checked. Should I just not eat anything with fat? What is your thought? Lynnette Appling
