OP Homies!

Hey OP friends! Are you willing to step it up and challenge yourself to make better choices that'll make you and your body feel better? If so, let's dial in on your Nutrition! What's your goals? Is it maintaining performance, gain muscle, or shed some pounds? Whatever it may be, one of the most effective ways we can determine your goals is to log your food! It is so helpful to get a visual idea of your caloric intake so you can see where you need to improve. For myself, I realized right away I was not eating enough to be sustainable (explaining why I was so low energy and sluggish during my workouts).

At first, it can be intimidating, but MyFitnessPal makes it incredibly easy to log anything! You just have to be ahead of the game with your meal prep.
