
PERSISTENCE...Losing the Last 20-30 Pounds and Starting Maintenance in 2021
I'd like to put together a small group of folks with similar goals. If you still have 20-30 pounds to lose and then plan to transition to maintenance, this is the group for you.
We will weigh in weekly. If you miss two weigh-ins without stating a reason (vacation, illness, etc.), you'll be replaced in the group so that we continue to have a group of individuals who are actively participating.
I will create a post with guidance about tracking food, setting goals, tracking habits, and weighing in. I will create a spreadsheet to display and track our progress weekly.
