Day one
Day one of OMAD. I thought I'd suffer throughout my work day as I have a terribly boring desk job but it really wasn't that bad. Now I'm home and am eating as I type and I have a terrrrrrrrrrrible headache. Is that normal? I thought I'd have a headache while I was hungry not in the middle of eating.

Blood Pressure
I just wanted to say my blood pressure has gone down since doing OMAD! It used to run around 140/85 to 90 and for the past two days it's been 121/76! WOW! Also my pulse was around 85 and now it's been at 61! Yes! I love this way of eating! :D
