About Me:

I have lost weight successfully a few different times. I have Lyme Disease and the chronic pain keeps me pretty sedentary. It hurts to exercise but I am going to do it anyway. I have been told it will not make my condition worse. I work as an office administrator so I get very little exercise at work as well. I live with a wonderful man who is supportive and loving. My children are grown. I have two grandchildren, ages 12 and 3.

Why I want to get in shape:

I am hoping that getting in shape will help ease some of the pain that I am in, if not physically, mentally.
