Here I am again working towards leading a healthy lifestyle. As a working mom, it is very challenging to put me first, but I have to. I am devoted to continuously working towards achieving my goals. While it WILL be a challenge, nothing is impossible, because I CAN and I WILL be the change that will lead to a healthy lifestyle. Let the progress begin!
Why I want to get in shape:
I need to put myself in a healthier position so that I do not get Type 2 Diabetes, plus live a long life without any health issues caused by being overweight.
